- Review of progress
- Detailed network documentation
What to expect: Solution implementation that is to specifications, on-time and within agreed-upon budget.
STEP 4 – DO
- Decision-making based on established strategic IT focus
- Dedicated effort to get the job right the first time- no nonsense
- Coordinated communication between staff and vendors
What to expect: Technology management that is consistent with business objectives.
